According to research by TSB, the pandemic has prompted more than two in five (44 percent) people to think differently about their money – taking stock of outgoings and daily spending in the midst of economic uncertainty.

TSB’s survey found a further two in five (39 percent) say they have become more worries about money since the COVID-19 crisis started.

And, while a lack of daily spending during lockdown may have lead to more than a third (36 percent) of Britons feeling better off, as COVID-19 restrictions eased, 62 percent said they are now actively looking for more ways to make their money go further.
